I don't hear any sound when I put the Live Photo on the Lock Screen! What gives? Is there anything I can do?
No, that's because iOS doesn't support sound for Live Photos on the Lock Screen.
The app kicks me out when I tap on the 'Convert' button. Can you help?
What you can do is make a copy of the video that you are having this issue by screen recording it and use that video to make a Live Photo. I haven't been able to reproduce the crashes some users are experiencing but I hope to figure out the cause soon.
I can't close the ad! There is no 'Close' button.
Unfortunately, ads are out of my control and once in awhile a full screen ad without a close button will appear but it will go away in a day or two. You can also pay once to remove the ads forever if this bothers you.
I don't see an option to set the Live Photo for the Lock Screen.
Unfortunately, not all iOS devices support live wallpaper. Only the iPhone 6s and later models support live wallpapers. I believe also the iPhone SE models don't support it either. This means iPad and iPods don't support it either.
